The Customer Portal is a separate, customer-facing website where your clients can log in to view their records, download documents, and respond to proposals. It runs on your portal URL and is branded with your company information. Customers don’t need a Novala account — they use their own portal credentials.Documentation Index

How customers log in
Customers visit your portal URL — provided in their invitation email — and log in with their email and password. If it’s their first time, they’ll use the link in the invitation to set a password before logging in. If a customer loses access, you can resend the invitation or reset their access from Settings → Users. What customers can do in the portal
The portal is primarily read-only. Customers can view and download their records. There are two exceptions where customers can take action:- Proposals: Customers can accept or decline a proposal directly from the portal.
- Service requests: Customers can submit a new service request, which creates a lead or work order in Novala for your team to pick up.
