How Novala is structured

Choose your packages

Every account starts with the Novala Platform (contacts, pipeline, AI Copilot, workflows). Add the Field Service package for inspections, scheduling, and equipment tracking, or the Finance Ops package for invoicing, purchasing, and inventory.

Activate your modules

Go to Settings → Modules to enable the capabilities your team needs. Modules connect automatically — completing an inspection can trigger an invoice draft, a notification, and a workflow action.

Invite your team

Add users under Settings → Users and assign them roles: admin, coordinator, technician, or sales. Each role has the right permissions out of the box.

Start working

Open your dashboard to see a unified view across all active modules. The AI Copilot is available on every page to answer questions and help you navigate.
