# What is Novala — modules, packages, and pricing

> Novala is an AI-composed business OS that assembles modules tailored to your company. Learn what's included in the Platform and optional Packages.

Novala is an AI-composed business operating system that assembles the right set of tools for your company — CRM, field service, inspections, finance, and more — from a library of modular capabilities. Instead of buying a bloated platform and ignoring 80% of it, you start with the Platform (the mandatory foundation every account includes) and add the Packages that match how your business actually operates.

## What's included in the Platform

Every Novala account includes the Platform — a set of core capabilities available to all users regardless of which Packages you've added.

## Capability Packages

Beyond the Platform, you can add one or both Packages to unlock the modules your team needs.

  Packages are independent — you can add Field Service without Finance Ops, or vice versa. Most growing operations eventually want both.

## Pricing

Novala uses flat-rate pricing banded by team size. There are no per-user fees and no AI metering — every plan includes unlimited AI.

Package pricing scales with your plan. As an example, a Team account with both Packages pays $548/month total; a Business account with both Packages pays $1,198/month. Annual billing saves 17% (two months free).
